Bella Poarch's natural Filipino parents had her in the Philippines, on February 9 1997. Her mother was brought up in the slums of Manila by her biological parents up to when she was 3 years old. Her adoption was later completed. The father of her adoptive family is white American with military experience and her mother who adopted her is Filipino. She says her adoptive brother and she suffered abuse from the time she was young before she joined the military. They lived with their Uncle living in San Francisco for several months before moving back to Texas to celebrate her 13th birthday in the wake of the necessity of her father to undergo bypass surgery. Though the physical violence stopped but she says that she endured emotional abuse from her father at home. Poarch enlisted in the United States Navy when she reached the age of 18. Poarch began her TikTok account in April of 2020 and quickly became a household name and amassing over 40 million followers in less than eight months. Poarch uploaded a variety of videos however the one that became her most well-known was Millie B's viral hit Soph Aspin Send. The singer lip-synched and danced to the tune in a zoomed-out video. After joining TikTok the site, she set up her own YouTube account and one on Twitter to increase her fame. Twitter one in order to boost her popularity. Poarch's fame reached its peak in December of 2020. The news reported that she drew the attention of two large professional Esports groups. FaZe Clan & 100 Thieves both showed interest in hiring the creator of content to work under their respective brand.
