Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress, born on the 26th of May 1978 at Campinas Sao Paulo. She is known as an actor for Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira has been an active participant in the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime from March 2020. The analyst she is working with currently overseeing the Assassination Witness project and one of the core members of G-TOC's multilateral engagement team. The GI TOC's research is focused on the assassination of people (including disappearances), violence, and other types of crime in relation to illicit economies. Her research interests also involve the effect of criminal organizations on human rights and the humanitarian law and policy. Ana Paula has an LL.M. cum laude (with the highest distinction) with honors International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She has earned an LL.M. qualification from the School of Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula received a magnacum honors bachelor's degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Legal and Social Sciences. She was a trained lawyer who worked for four years with a public law litigation firm. Previous experiences have included assisting in roles with non-governmental agencies based out of Rio de Janeiro or Geneva.
