Amber Tamblyn posted on Instagram that she was expecting a girl who was her first child along with David Cross. Cross married Tamblyn on the 12th of December in 2012. They would announce the birth of their daughter in 2017. Cross was nearly 20 years older than Tamblyn. Later, the couple would announce their first daughter's birth in the year 2017.


The proud father announced on Instagram that his wife welcomed their baby boy Maverick Smith on August 20. Maverick was born on the time of 12:45pm CT in Round Rock and was 20 inches long.
